Frenzy is a brutality-scaling mutation which makes melee attacks heal the player when they have an active speed buff.

- When the player is having a speed buff, melee attacks heal them. The amount of healing is equal to [0.0012 base]% melee damage dealt.
- The damage taken into account is the base stats of weapons and skills, without bonuses from level, quality or scrolls.
