Player deals +[25 base]% damage if there are no enemies in the radius of 5 tiles around.
Scaling: +1% damage per Tactics stat

Although this is a tactics-scaling mutation, it actually works with melee weapons provided they have enough range.
This mutation might be considered a direct counterpart to Point Blank but unlike that mutation which only increases damage dealt directly by the player from a ranged weapon, Tranquility increases damage by the player from all sources except for status effects not directly applied by the player's items.
This mutations increases the damage dealt by Barbed Tips.
